Another goal achieved! (Plus 1 I need help with)

I accomplished my fitness goal of staying on a consistent work out program for more than a few weeks. I've always been very slim and unaware of how to make fitness a priority in my "busy" schedule. Well as of this month, I completed a 3 month fitness program, gaining precisely 20 lbs, while keeping my body fat down around 10%. Thanks Dax!

Much better at Goal Achievement

I've gotten much better at Goal Achievement. The information from the magic hundred and half a dozen other courses I read last year has started to become second hand to me, rather than something I have to go back & read after forgetting. Changing the habit of a lifetime.

I sat down at my computer at 6am this morning. I wasn't ready to get out of bed, I was tired, sore, hadn't had enough sleep and feeling a bit crappy.....I could have rolled over and gone back to sleep - however Mr Daylight wouldn't let me. Strong Man Training

"Strong Man" conjures up all those old images from Saturday afternoon TV's "Strongest Man" (I'm showing my age now! ;-), of large men with big guts, dragging trucks across a line with a "rope" around their waist doesn't it? Completing Goals

Almost all my goals are to be completed over a few years and not 100 days, so im trying to figure out how i should picture it.

These are my goals for the long term
1)Start a company
2)Open a restaurant
3)Go to canada and train with a Scot abel for 2 months

My Short Term goals are
1)Get people to view my blog so i can start selling affiliate programs, to buy my laptop when i go australia to study
and i still dont know how to do it.

Have Spreadsheet, will use it

Hi everyone,

I have completed my spreadsheet of goals, dates, helpers and review tools and am at that moment when you feel a bit daunted and confused.

Finding it difficult to suspend disbelief and the doubts are trying to creep in......am trying to play it like a fun game as Dax recommended

It can be very empowering.....my goals feature everything from 'Visit Peru' to 'Call my mother every week' and 'stop eating off-schedule'.....oh, and 'be kind to everyone you meet'.
