Hi Alex,
Where are you?:) I received the info on your program in my email. I want to ask a few questions about it. I'm sure you are busy with all that, so you probably aren't checking this too often. If you get a chance, write back. :) Thanks.
Pam
Hey Alex,
Thanks for the info. I wasn't quite sure where to start. I need to kick my workouts into high gear again(they haven't been because of car accidents and surgery), so I just wanted your opinion since it looks, by your profile, like you know what you are doing!!! :) Also, did you go to University in the states? You look familiar and now I remember that it is from one of my exercise physiology classes. If that is you. It is kind of a long shot that it might be you, but you do look familiar. It was a while back, too. I hope all is well with you and hope to hear from you soon!
Pam :)

Hi Alex,
First, the motivational video you have posted is wonderful. I have seen some of your instructional exercise videos and they were very helpful. I'm just getting started on all this stuff that Dax is providing(although I've been into fitness and health for many years) and just wondering what you have done. The magic 100? the elimination diet? What do you think is best? Thanks for your time.
Pam :)
well I'm 26 and have been out of high level baseball for 4 years, it ended originally because of a hamstring injury but I'm at the point where I feel I actually have the mindset to be able to do it again...if that makes sense.
Ya, I'm a PTU member and my monthly audio series is something I do where I interview one expert a month and people pay $9.97 a month to get them (I usually try and get a 2nd one done each month to give as a bonus interview--trying to over deliver).

haven't been on for a while...oops...
how's the rugby comeback coming?
You have any advice for some baseball training (speed and agility type stuff)?
talk to you soon my man,
the monthly series is about fat loss for the most part but I mean it is definently about fitness as a whole.
I'd love to do something with you. I'll send you an email next week after all of this xmas stuff I'll be doing :)
