Completing Goals

Almost all my goals are to be completed over a few years and not 100 days, so im trying to figure out how i should picture it.

These are my goals for the long term
1)Start a company
2)Open a restaurant
3)Go to canada and train with a Scot abel for 2 months

My Short Term goals are
1)Get people to view my blog so i can start selling affiliate programs, to buy my laptop when i go australia to study
and i still dont know how to do it.
2)Learn a new Language, cant decide on a language yet.

How do you guys plan your long term goals, and anyone has any recommendations on how to get more viewers to a blog?

What would you like to see happen in the next 100 days Melvyn?

See, I also had long term goals of setting up my business but I got it up and running in far less than 100 days, likewise I now complete books, websites and other supposedly long term projects well within 100 days.

Set your goals on what you want or, at least, what part of your goal you want to be here within 100 days.

You might say 'get the website up, the promo materials, the menu' etc That'd be a great start, right?
